Mike and Kyle arrived and carried out the finishing work on the issue (three passes with specialized machines), effectively saving the iron pipe and making it 'like new'.
Cleanup, explanations and a fair price
Read down the page and the same three things keep coming up: the technician explained what was wrong, the mess was cleaned up afterward, and the price felt fair.
Mario and Nelson went above and beyond to deliver on their promise to fix our problem. They did awesome cleanup afterwards, gave us a very fair price, and we highly recommend!!
Drains By James was recommended by our favorite plumber and they have saved us a few times by unclogging drains in our turn of the century old house. Most recently a huge project was done to replace old pipes with new pipes and we were very satisfied with the price, timing and their expertise. They were in and out with little disruption. Highly recommend!
The service man Roger was right on time; he explained exactly where the clog was, why it happened. He was very thorough and professional, the clog was fixed shortly thereafter.
I called my plumber Paul and he told me to call Drains by James..... So I Did!!!!!! I couldn't have been more happy! Kyle showed up who got it done in 10 mins
